05:30 Weekly Morning Coaching Sessions

Speed Work | Oregons | Hill Work :: Monday | Wednesday | Friday :: 05:30 - 06:30

Meet: Rock Park Play Area (Monday & Friday) & ASDA Carpark (Wednesday), unless otherwise specified.

One of our members, Simon Haywood, holds morning coaching sessions three times a week @ 05:30 for approximately an hour. The sessions take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning each week and cover the following areas:

  • Monday: Speed Work / Efforts
  • Wednesday: Oregons*
  • Friday: Hill Work

* The Oregons session gets its name from the University of Oregon in the USA where it was first invented. It involves fast running interspersed with circuit type activities, (e.g. Press-ups, Squats etc.)

All are welcome and there is a Facebook Messenger Group you will be invited to join, which offers details of upcoming sessions.
