Beautiful cloudless sky with lovely sunshine and only light breeze. Perfect conditions for Mr John " bionic" Shapland to finish 3rd overall and get 2 prizes!!
Although numbers were down on last year , 3 other NDRR runners trotted in behind John. Great day out.
