Two North Devon Road Runners took part in the second running of the Crediton Crunch 10k Multi terrain race. On a very hot morning John Shapland finished 2nd overall and 1st Vet in a time of 38.15 and Val Bitmead finished 155th in 1.02.29 there were 218 finishers in total over the scenic but undulating course over roads lanes and footpaths.
