Forum Security

Just a note to let you know if you want to be able to use the forum, sign up to it by following the instruction on the forum pages. I need to authorise you so you will receive an activation email from me. If you dont receive it drop me an email to studio@froode.co.uk telling me your username and I will activte it. I get so much spam relating to wanting authorisation on the forum it just gets deleted so sometimes I may miss you - sorry if I have. But we need to do this so we dont have random people posting nonsense on the site. Happy running! Fran x
